The following standards have been designed to comply with acceptable practices that assure product performance, reliability and consistency.

 

Thickness:     

             .060” - .300” (variation +/- 5%)

 

Individual “Legs”: 

             (CD)   2” – 52” (variation +/- 1/32”);

 

Total Width: 

             (CD) 4” – 52” total width (variation +/- 1/32”)

 

Length: 

             (MD) 2” – 300” (Variation for units 60” or less + .125” / -0”)

                                     (Variation for units 61” – 108” + .250 / -0”)

                                     (Variation for units >108” + .750 / -0”)

 

Available Liners: Numerous liners available (foam, Kraft, clay, poly-coated, etc.).  PLEASE ASK!

 

 

Printing:  One color Step and Repeat printing is available.  Proof must be signed off by customer for content, size, position & PMS color
