The Newark Group, founded in 1912, is an integrated global producer of 100% recycled paperboard and paperboard products with manufacturing and marketing operations in North America and Europe.

We attribute our success and growth to four basic principles:

· We are vertically integrated from recycling to converted product, enabling us to control the quality of our paperboard;

We operate our business in three segments—Paperboard, Converted Products and International—and categorize our products into five product lines:  

             (1) Recovered Paper,  

             (2) 100% Recycled Paperboard,

             (3) Laminated Products and Graphicboard,

             (4) Tube, Core and Allied Products, and

             (5) Solidboard Packaging Products.
